I grew up with a love of drawing – usually based upon TV Sci-Fi or anything that caught my imagination. I later went to art college and studied graphic design for 2 years. The syllabus included art class, but after gaining my qualification, graphic design became the bill payer, and along with various other commitments, the result was me spending less time on art.
A little while ago my wife & son looked through some of my old drawings and paintings & suggested I take it up once again. It has taken time to shake off the cobwebs, but I’m now back enjoying it enormously and have decided to make my work available to view and buy. A small selection at present to be sure, but it will expand .. keep checking back!
My current medium is pencil, coloured and graphite, with a little mixed media for emphasis. I love to try and portray life and energy in my work and I hope the enthusiasm I have for each piece shows through.
