How it works!
1. You Decide
– the paper size you want me to draw on – A4 (210x297mm) or A3 (420x297mm).
– if you want a coloured pencil or graphite pencil drawing.
– the Source Photo you want me to base the art on (see below).
2. Pay a 25% deposit online by PayPal.
3. You email me with your order/name/delivery address/source photo (max file size 50Mb) and tell me how you want to pay the 25% deposit (if not by PayPal in step 2) – by bank transfer, or cash in person?
– Also tell me how you want to send me your source photo (if you didn’t by email) – registered royal mail (at your cost & risk), uploading it online (details provided)? or hand-delivery (if local to Coventry)?
4. I email you back with the information your require.
5. Pay 25% deposit by your non-PayPal choice.
6. Send me your source photo
7. I email you confirming your order (when I am in receipt of source photo and a cleared deposit).
8. I begin work.
9. I email you on completion with a preview version to make sure you are happy.
– Any Prints? tell me at this stage & I will provide you with an adjusted balance for final payment.
– Prints are produced on demand, so they may take 2-4 weeks delivery.
10. You pay final payment.
11. I will post you your artwork when final payment has cleared and return any hardcopy source photo (tracked royal mail at your risk) – or you can pick up your artwork & source photo and pay cash-on-collection.

Your Source Photo
Either email your photo (max size 50Mb), post it by registered royal mail (at your cost & risk) or you can upload it online (details provided). If you live locally to North West Coventry you may want to hand-deliver?
I work from photos which you can either provide, or I may be able to seek out for a small fee .. if you tell me the subject. If you are providing the photo, please try to provide them as large, sharp and as detailed as possible. This is very important to the amount of detail in the resulting artwork.
If the photo supplied is vintage, I will treat it with care and send it back to you with Royal Mail Tracked .. but I’m afraid I can accept no responsibility after despatch for loss or damage.
Better photo quality will give me more options to select what I think will work in the finished piece.
Please ensure either your source photo is copyright free, or has been granted permission to be used as source material for artwork. I can accept no responsibility for any action resulting in copyright infringement.
Taking a Photo
A photo taken by a client photo is perfectly acceptable if you can use a high-quality phone camera, or any other camera which produces high-resolution high-quality results. Natural lighting should be used where possible and the result should be as large, detailed & sharp as possible. If the subject is human or a pet, it is advised to use the eyes as the centre of focus and avoid use of a flash.
